Every safe room, one-of-one.

Walls, doors, ventilation, biometric access. Every component manufactured and assembled to project spec. There’s no standard product.

There isn’t a standard safe room because no two threat profiles are identical. A residence facing kidnap-for-ransom risk needs different fabric, different ventilation, different concealment than a corporate boardroom designed to function under blast threat. We design and manufacture each one to the actual project. The shared starting point is steel.

Walls are steel-clad framed construction, rated to LPS 1175 fabric standards. Doors are full SR4 where the threat justifies it. Glazing – where there is any – is EN 1063 ballistic. Ventilation runs sealed and positive-pressure, with CBRN filtration available. Access control is biometric or mechanical, often concealed entirely behind ordinary-looking architecture.

We don’t sell direct. The four customer brands further down handle the audiences – residential, HNW London, heritage, commercial. Most safe rooms route to two of those four. The factory behind all of them is ours.

What we manufacture

Four components. One room.

Every safe room is bespoke, but the components are consistent. These four show up in nearly every project, configured differently for the threat profile and the architecture.

01 / Component

Wall fabric

Steel-clad framed construction, penetration-rated to LPS 1175 fabric standards. Built as panels in the factory, assembled on-site to fit the room dimensions exactly.

LPS 1175 fabric SR3-SR4

02 / Component

Armoured door

Patented steel door with ballistic glazing where the spec calls for it. Engineered to be hot-swapped during construction without compromising the wall fabric.

LPS 1175 SR3-SR4

BS 476

03 / Component

Ventilation + services

Sealed positive-pressure ventilation, CBRN-filterable on spec. Power, comms, and panic-button integration as standard. Multi-redundant by default.

Bespoke per project

04 / Component

Access + concealment

Biometric, dual-factor, mechanical bypass. Concealed entry behind plaster, panelling, or bookcase to project requirement. Always egress-available from inside.

Manufacturing process

How we manufacture.

01

Steel intake

British-sourced steel sheets and structural members arrive at the factory. Quality-checked on receipt.

02

Cutting + forming

Laser cutting and CNC bending to project specification. Tolerances measured in tenths of a millimetre.

03

Welding + assembly

Coded welders join components to certified standards. Frame, leaf, hardware fixings.

04

Finishing

Galvanising, powder coating, painting. Hardware fitted. Glazing units installed where applicable.

05

Testing + cert

Each product batch independently tested. Certificates issued. Then shipped to the customer brand.
